What does made-to-order mean?
Made-to-order pieces are created after purchase, ensuring mindful production with less waste and care in every detail.
Why should I consider made-to-ordering?
It reduces waste, avoids overproduction, and ensures your piece is made just for you.
How does the made-to-order process work?
Full payment is required at checkout. We craft your piece within 14 business days, then ship: 3–5 days locally or 5–14 days internationally.
How can I identify a made-to-order item?
They’re clearly marked “made-to-order” with an estimated shipping date in the product description.
What if I want to buy a made-to-order item along with in-stock items?
Orders ship together once the made-to-order piece is ready. To get in-stock items sooner, purchase them separately.
Made-to-order Disclaimer
Shipping dates are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Made-to-order purchases are final and cannot be cancelled once paid. If we’re unable to fulfil your order, we’ll arrange a full refund.
Should I contact Womb for a more accurate delivery estimate?
Once your order is placed, we’ll begin processing and share updates if timelines change. While we do our best, exact shipping dates cannot be guaranteed.
I've been waiting for quite some time! Can I cancel my made-to-order?
Cancellations aren’t possible once payment is made, as each piece is handcrafted for you. Refunds are only considered if your order is delayed more than 3 weeks beyond the stated waiting period and not yet delivered.
