Returns & Exchanges
Our returns and exchanges policy only lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, you must logged in using your Womb account. Your item must be unused with their original packaging and original condition with the original tags attached, undamaged, unwashed, and unworn.
How do I return/exchange?
Step 1: Login to select the item(s) you wish to return/exchange (Type the new order number in the comments)
Step 2: Please wait for Customer Care to contact you with further instructions
Step 3: You will receive a confirmation email once the return/exchange request is approved
What items are returnable/exchangeable?
You can return/exchange your items within 14 days from the date of purchase.
– For Singapore orders
– Must be in original condition
– Must be in the original packaging
– Must be unused, undamaged, unwashed and unworn
– Items returned/exchanged to us in a non-sellable condition will not be returned and may be sent back to you
– Any item purchased more than 14 days after delivery are not returnable/exchangeable
– Free gifts, Gift Cards, Sale or Mark-down items are not returnable/exchangeable
– We do not refund the return costs of shipping the item
Are there any charges for return?
– SGD10.00 processing fee for all returns
– Original shipping charges are non-refundable
– You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping costs and taxes
– You are responsible for any lost parcels in transit
How soon will I get my refund for returns?
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit less the return fee will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
– If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Womb reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our exchange policy.
