Our returns and exchanges policy only lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, you must logged in using your Womb account before making any purchases. Your item must be unused with their original packaging and original condition with the original tags attached, undamaged, unwashed, and unworn.

How do I return?

Step 1: Click here to select the item(s) you wish to return (Type the new order number in the return comments)
Step 2: You will receive a confirmation email once the return request is approved
Step 3: Return your item(s) via your choice of courier service attached together all original documents, labels, tags, and packaging (Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item)

What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days from the date of purchase.

– Must be in original condition
– Must be in the original packaging
– Must be unused, undamaged, unwashed and unworn
– Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be returned and may be sent back to you
– Any item purchased more than 14 days after delivery are not returnable
– Free gifts, Gift Cards, Sale or Mark-down items are not returnable
– We do not refund the return costs of shipping the item

Are there any charges for return?

– SGD10.00 processing fee for all returns
– Original shipping charges are non-refundable
– You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping costs and taxes
– You are responsible for any lost parcels in transit

How soon will I get my refund?

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit less the return fee will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
– If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Womb reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our exchange policy.

 

Exchanges

If you find that the size, colour, or style of the item(s) you purchased is not suitable or are defective or damaged, you may only opt for a one-time only exchange exclusively for Womb Members. Don't forget to logged in before making any purchases.

How do I exchange?

Step 1: Purchase a new order you wish to exchange (Type the previous order number in the notes upon checkout, don't forget to logged in before making any purchases)
Step 2: Click here to select the item(s) you wish to exchange (Type the new order number in the exchange comments)
Step 3: You will receive a confirmation email once the exchange request is approved
