How does the made-to-order process work?

Full Payment Required at checkout to secure your piece. We’ll begin handcrafting it within 14 business days.
- Once ready, local delivery takes 3–5 business days, and international shipping takes 5–14 days (rates calculated at checkout).
How can I identify a made-to-order item?
Made-to-order items are clearly labeled as "made-to-order" and include an estimated shipping date within the product description.
What if I want to buy a made-to-order item along with in-stock items?
Your full order will be shipped together once the made-to-order piece is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, kindly purchase them separately.

I've been waiting for quite some time! Can I cancel my made-to-order?
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the waiting period stated in the product listing. As each piece is handcrafted just for you, cancellations cannot be made once payment is processed. Refund requests will only be considered if more than 3 weeks have passed beyond the stated waiting period, and your order has not yet been delivered.
