We currently offer free shipping on all Singapore orders above $200. We partnered with DHL Express delivery for international shipping. Please see the below table for estimated delivery times and and rates. International orders will all ship via DHL DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) with customer responsible for customs/duties fees. International Economy shipping cost calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping rates do not include duties or taxes.

All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1pm will be processed the same day & shipped within 48 hours, pending credit authorization and availability. Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Your transaction will be processed once we have confirmed product availability, and received credit authorisation. Please note that your order will be shipped only once payment and delivery details have been approved.

All domestic orders are shipped using local couriers partners. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped, so please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order. Transit time estimates do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery service may take longer than usual during peak period and will work tirelessly to ensure that delays are kept at its minimum. We do not offer Saturday and Sunday delivery. We are not responsible for delays.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, most of the islands in Singapore and restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, Lazarus Island and overseas deliveries.
