I've been waiting for quite some time! Can I cancel my made-to-order? Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accommodated once payment has been processed. Refund requests for made-to-orders will only be considered if 3 weeks have elapsed beyond the stated waiting period, and the product has not yet been delivered.
