We accept returns on merchandise in their original purchase condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), attached with all original garment tags still securely fastened, and in otherwise perfect condition items. Should you receive a defective product, please contact customercare@womb.com.sg within 14 days from the date of order delivery to return the item(s) to us. We will arrange for our appointed courier to pick up the item(s) from you, and proceed to send you a replacement item. This service requires a printer to print out the shipping bill.
Items that are damaged as a result of wear-and-tear and/or inappropriate wash care will not be accepted for returns.

We will process the returns with a credit note valid for 45 days once the returned items are received in their original purchase condition.
During this circuit breaker period, due to temporary store closure, we have included a one-time free local return or exchange on sale merchandise and also extended our return policy to 45 days from the date of order delivery.
